MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE
The shadow-free area required for installation of a rooftop solar PV system. This includes provision for clearances between solar PV array rows. The solar panels may be installed on the roof of the building with a south facing tilt angle that varies in Tamil Nadu from 11 – 13 degrees depending on the latitude of the location. Wind speed Sufficient area shall be available for servicing the system.
The minimum clearance required for cleaning and servicing of the panels is 0.6m from the parapet wall. The load and wind analysis is done for standard design for which able to withstand 150 km/hr. In between the rows of solar panels sufficient gap needs to be provided to avoid the shading of a row by an adjacent row. The solar grid inverter shall be placed indoor in a safe and easily accessible place.
ROOF TOP STRUCUTURE

Steel can easily get rusted and affected due to pollution, so to avoid these kinds of problem, a less corrosive material –zinc coating is done on steel. This process is called galvanization which also increases the life of these color coated galvanized iron sheet.
SHEET MOUNTED STRUCUTRE
Mounting structure in the roof sheet are of generally Sheet clamps, End and mid clamps, Angle brackets, T Nuts and bolts which will fixed on anodized Al Rails or GI sheet clamps riveted to metal roof with pop rivets.
Cement Roof Sheets are fragile and more so when they age. Hence it is not right to design an installation which will put any load on Cement Roof Sheets. Existing primary structure beneath may not be strong enough to take heavy loads. Hence we designed a light weight yet strong MMS which transfers all loads to purlins below, passing through long life rubber shock absorbers & seals.

GROUND MOUNTED STRUCUTURE
Module Mounting Structures play a critical role in setting up a durable, long-lasting and efficient solar power plant. The first thing that should be examined before the setting up of module mounting structures, for a ground mount solar plant, is the foundation of these structures. The foundation can be built as a pile foundation or with ramming, among other methods. A strong foundation is the key to a stable mounting structure.
TYPES OF MODULE MOUNTING STRUCTURE
Based on the design of the plant, and the cost constraints involved, different module mounting structures may be used while carrying out Ground-Mounted solar installations. Here, we detail the specific types of module mounting structures that are used in ground mount installations:
1. FIXED TILT STRUCTURE
With Fixed Tilt Structures, the modules are raised on structures, made of MS steel. These are held firmly to the ground with a strong foundation. The Fixed Tilt structures are designed at a year-round optimum tilt, as the tilt of the modules cannot be changed once the structures and modules are installed.
2. SEASONAL TILT STRUCTURE
These structures have holes drilled into the bow of the base supporting structure. These holes can be used to manually vary the tilt of the modules, by removing and re-inserting the screws to the vertical supports to the ground. The tilt of the modules can be varied from season to season, with changes in arc of the sun path across the sky. In most cases, the tilt of the modules is varied with the season changes of summer and winter.
